Yes, Membership
is required to ensure your security and for you to enjoy
available discounts from our preferred vendors.
Membership is

How do you handle same day request?
We will try our
very best to handle same day request, however it is not
guaranteed. We kindly ask for 24 hour notice
for any
services you desire. We are available any time, seven days a
week. Additional charges may apply for services
not performed
during normal business hours.

Gulf Coast Professional Services
can offer you hourly billing, flat rates and prepaid blocks
of time, which afford you significant discounts. Costs
depend on the type and location of the requested service.
All of our customers have different needs and we therefore
customize our services and fees to meet those needs and
budgets. To inquire about our pricing structure, please

A one-hour minimum charge
applies to all services billed by the hour, not by the task,
thereafter billed in 15-minute increments. Unused hours or
minutes will be rolled over to the next requested task.
·
Rates do not include the costs
of goods or services or other miscellaneous charges which
may be incurred while performing your requested service.
·
Payment is due upon completion
of requested service except for Prepaid blocks of time,
where hours will be deducted from your Personal Assistant
Account. Prepaid blocks must be paid in advance to qualify
for the prorated discount to apply.
·
Unused prepaid blocks of time
may be rolled over to the next requested task. Clients who
utilize additional hours over the allotted block of time may
purchase additional hours or another block of time.
·
Payment can be made in advance
by Visa, MasterCard , Discovery and American Express. In
addition, we accept Cash, certified checks, money orders and
PayPal Systems.

Suncoast Professional Services
reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding
services and related costs.
·
Customers with pre-approved
credit are required to make payment within seven (7) days of
invoice date.
·
Requested services preformed
outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8AM
to 5PM), during holidays and quick notice request will be
subject to an additional charge.
·
An additional fee may be
assessed for canceling a requested service with less than
twelve (12) hours notice.
·
A $35.00 service charge will be
assessed for any check returned due to insufficient funds
·

is not responsible for delays due to Acts of God, the
weather or undue traffic delays, etc In the event there is a
delay in service, we will contact you by phone to resolve
the issue in a timely manner.

A major credit card will be held
as a security deposit upon request of service
